I Have Never Purchased Online Before - Is It Safe?
At Digitees we accept Visa and Mastercard.
Please be assured that our online payment methods are secure. We do NOT store any of your credit card details on our web server. All online payments are transmitted over a secure session via 128 bit encryption, the highest level available, using our own SSL certificate. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the industry standard for conducting secure transactions over the Internet.
These measures add extra levels of security for you the customer so you can be assured that internationally recognised companies with the highest levels of security are looking after your credit card details.
As an added level of security we ask you for your CVV2/CVC2 number when purchasing online. This number is printed on the back of the credit card and ensures that the person using the credit card has the actual card in their possession, which helps minimise credit card fraud.

How To Place An Order
That's easy – Design your own, or just browse through our Digitees, select the colour and size and click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to check out.
How Do I Add Items To My Shopping Cart?
After you 'Add to Cart', the items will be placed in your shopping cart at the bottom of the page until you check out. You can review your cart at anytime by clicking on the 'Cart Contents' button. To remove anything from your shopping cart, check the 'remove' box and then click 'Update'.
How Do I Checkout?

Checking out is easy: From the login menu, Click 'Cart Contents' to your review your order. Then click the 'Checkout' button and follow the instructions on screen. We will need to know your contact details, delivery address, the billing address of the credit card you are using (if different to the delivery address) and your credit card details.
How Do I Pay For My Order?

You pay using a credit card (we accept Visa and Mastercard).
How Can I Be Sure My Order Went Through?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation, usually within minutes. If you don't receive an e-mail within 24 hours, please contact us before placing another order.
