Returns To return an item(s), please include the packaging slip received with your parcel and indicate the reason for the return. Return is not available on Sale Items. Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch date – in their original condition. Refunds shall only be provided should the item be deemed to be faulty. Faulty items should be returned and upon confirmation of item being faulty a refund for the original amount plus shipping shall be refunded by process of the original payment. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Please ensure your name, address, phone number, email address and instructions are clearly indicated. Please contact Digitees should you have any queries regarding returns. We do not have an exchange policy due to the customization of our print process. What if my order arrives Damaged? If your order arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service department at tees@digitees.com.au for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation. [ back ]
