These are the Terms and Conditions under which you may use our site. Please read them carefully.

By using this site, you signify that you agree with these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy
We know your privacy is important to you and Digitee’s is committed to protecting your information. When you place an order, we will ask for your contact information. (name, despatch address, e-mail address and contact number) and, if you are paying by credit card, financial information (like credit card number and expiration date.)
We have partnered with a credit card processing company to assist us in processing your payment; however, that company does not retain, share, store, or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes. The information you provide us is used for processing and fulfilling your order and contacting you if we have problems processing your order.
Though we make every effort to preserve your privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law and when we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process.

General
Digitee’s does not store any credit card information on our web server.
Digitee’s reserves the right to refuse the printing of any obscene or inflammatory content, copy or images.
Digitee’s will not be responsible for colour variations arising. We will make every effort to colour match to your design supplied, but please be aware some colour variations may occur.
Digitee’s does not accept any liability for any issues or changes with your artwork once your order has been processed.
Digitee’s reserves the right to display a photo of a customer’s design in our Gallery or for promotional purposes.
Digitee’s reserves the right to select a design and rework the design to prepare it for use commercially. This may results in small colour or size changes.
All prices are subject to GST.

Please Note
1. Due to Computers and Monitors all being different and the inherent limitations in the printing process, Digitee’s will not be responsible for colour variations arising. We will make every effort to colour match to your design supplied, but please be aware some colour variations may occur
2. We use 100% Cotton fabric some shrinkage may occur to the garments

Design Submission Terms & Conditions
Alfred Johns Pty Ltd trading as Digitee’s retains exclusive rights (Royalty Free) to the submitted design, if chosen, Digitee’s can commercially use the design for printing and selling on clothing. Digitees also retains rights to the design itself for use on the Digitee’s website, and any Digitee’s promotional material.

The designer will keep ownership of the submitted design. The designer may display or archive the design in a portfolio or personal collection, but may not sell or reproduce the design for commercial purposes for Sixty (60) days after the design has been completed. In addition, during this period, the designer cannot submit the design to another company to be potentially produced. Once this time frame has passed, if the design was not chosen for commercial print by Digitee’s, the designer is free to use the design for commercial purposes, however the designer must email Digitee’s to notify when it will be produced so that it can be removed from the Digitee’s website. Also, if the design is printed elsewhere, the designer cannot use Digitee’s to promote this design product.

Third Party Rights/Indemnity
Where Content, Copy or Images are used in the production of the design, the designer providing such materials shall be responsible for: Obtaining all necessary permission, authorisations, licenses and consents required as well as being responsible for the payment of all royalties of license fees associated with the use of the materials; and Where a party provides material it indemnifies the other party against any loss, costs, expenses, demands or liability, whether direct or indirect, arising out of a claim by a third party alleging infringement of its intellectual property rights or any other rights.

Ensuring that the material provided is not obscene, offensive upsetting, defamatory, personally offensive or in any way unsuitable for people under the age of eighteen (18) years, and does not comprise and cannot be used for any purpose or activity of an illegal, fraudulent of defamatory nature.

You may not, in connection with this Website: Upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any User Submission that is libelous or defamatory, pornographic, sexually explicit, unlawful or plagiarized; infringes or violates any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other property right; breaches a duty of confidentiality by which you are bound due to a contractual or fiduciary relationship (such as inside information, or proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements); a reasonable person would consider harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, profane, obscene, excessively violent, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable or offensive in any way; constitutes a breach of any person’s privacy or publicity rights, a misrepresentation of facts, or hate speech; violates or encourages others to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation; promotes software or services that deliver unsolicited e-mail; or contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other similar harmful programming routines.
You may not, in connection with this Website:
